New Vine, the largest wine mailorder fulfillment house in the country has had significant financial difficulties. This matters to wineries across the country, not only to those that have a distribution arrangement with New Vine, but to all that have an interest in the nascent mail order business model. The menu will likely include a variety of wild mushrooms in dishes like a honey mushroom and watercress soup and a mixed mushroom casserole to accompany braised Vermont pork.
