Believe it or not, Vermont produces a variety of wines including full body red wines, dry white wines, as well as many tasty fruit wines. Oh, and look out for the occassional wine that includes Vermont maple syrup! You'll be mighty surprized to learn how good it tastes in wine!

Cover Road Lincoln Peak Winery dry red wine made primarily from the Marquette grape with smaller amounts of Frontenac and St Croix wine blended in. It has good tannins. It’s similar to a Rhone-style red wines. Cherry and black pepper aromas.

Traminette East Shore Vineyard a favorite for all those lucky enough to have discovered it. A slightly spicy off-dry white wine that harkens back to its Gewürztraminer and Seyval Blanc roots; very floral on the nose, slightly fruity on the palette finishing with a brisk, very clean acidity.

Eden Vermont Ice Cider Eden Ice Cider Company there are 11 traditional and heirloom varieties of apples in Eden Ice Cider. Many of these have been grown in the Northeast for centuries. Roxbury Russet, for example, was discovered in Roxbury Mass. in 1687. No added sugar, coloring or flavoring of any kind. Pressed, concentrated, fermented and bottled on premises at Eden Ice Cider Company, West Charleston, Vermont. Sold out for 2008.
